I see adults with a range of mild-moderate mental health problems including depression, anxiety, PTSD and phobias. I also work with people who want to build their self-esteem and confidence, or who are navigating life transitions. I usually work on a short-medium-term basis (from 4-16 sessions) but can offer longer-term therapy if needed.

I see people between Mondays and Wednesdays, 9 am to 3 pm.

Appointments are available in person or online. Please use the contact form to get in touch.
