I also offer supervision and opportunities for reflective practice to other psychological therapists and healthcare providers, and have extensive experience both as a supervisor as well as a supervisor trainer. I am accredited as a CBT therapist and supervisor with BABCP and am on the BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors. I was the director of the PGCert in Supervision of Applied Psychological Practice, a course validated by the University of Oxford. In addition, I was lead for supervisor training on the Oxford Doctoral course in Clinical Psychology for over 10 years. In 2017, I co- authored Effective Supervisory Relationships: Research and Practice (published by Wiley).
